There comes a point when you realise your body is changing.
Perhaps your energy is different. You are dealing with aches or pains you never used to have. Your weight or body shape has changed, and suddenly the clothes you have worn for years do not sit quite the same. You may even find yourself wondering, What is actually happening to me?
For many women, that is part of navigating perimenopause and menopause. And while every woman experiences it differently, it helps to have good information, practical support and other women to talk to.
That is why we are bringing women together for Fit & Fired Up.
Spend the day with us in Edinburgh as we talk honestly about menopause and midlife, move our bodies, ask questions, learn from people who know their field and make a little space for ourselves.
There will be Zumba, a talk with a clinician/menopause specialist , a fireside chat, practical self-care routines, and a style session on Dressing Your Changing Body, because figuring out what to wear when your body has changed can be frustrating too.
We will also have an Autumn Women’s Circle with Soulflower, giving us time to slow down, reflect and connect.
Come with your questions. Come ready to learn. Come on your own or bring a friend.
Whether you are just beginning to wonder if you might be in perimenopause, already navigating menopause, or finding your feet on the other side, there is a place for you in the room.
