Dear friends, colleagues, and fellow wandering souls on this shared path,

​Midlife is a threshold.

A time when old stories begin to loosen, when both grief and wonder arrive, when a deeper voice within calls us toward what is most true.

What if midlife was not something to manage, but something to honor? What if the changes moving through your body, heart, and soul were not burdens to carry alone, but invitations into deeper belonging?

Women Rising Rooted is a half-day circle for self-identified womenthat is gathering on October 12 from 1 - 5pm. Together, we will meet in community to explore midlife as a sacred threshold - one that can hold grief and letting go, and also power, beauty, and renewal.

This is not about finding quick fixes or escaping discomfort. It is about slowing down, being witnessed, and remembering that this time in our lives is profound and worthy of reverence.

We will gather on wild land in the Berkeley Hills. There will be time in circle, space for solo reflection and communal witnessing, and shared practices to support the unfolding of this passage.

This is a place to tend what is aching and what is being born, to root into the wisdom rising in each of us, and to remember that we are not alone.

This gathering is a one-time, half-day circle - a seed of what will grow into longer journeys ahead. If you are feeling the call to meet midlife with dignity, depth, and sisterhood, I warmly invite you to join us.
