Wokingham Improv: IMPROV FOR THE BRAIN (Part 1 of 2)

A gym for the mind! A comedy improv class for those looking to exercise the brain and keep mentally active. Using improv exercises and games to keep our brains and memories sharp in a supportive, friendly class. Not for performance, no prior experience required.

Classes are run by a co-creator of award winning improv comedy show ‘CSI: Crime Scene Improvisation’. Sarah has learnt over the years how incredible improvisation techniques are to improve brain function, speed, memory and listening.

As we get older it can feel like we’re not as quick and sharp as we used to be. Working from home can be lonely, brain fog can creep in. Or maybe you’re a stay at home parent who knows everything about ‘Hey Dougie!’ but forgotten where the car keys are. Get that brain training going through comedy exercises!
