Wisdom of Nature | Capilano River Park

Join Robyn Wyman, from The Calm Village, and experience forest bathing and meditation in Vancouver's rainforests.

Receive practical, nature-based knowledge in a group setting, while taking a break from the hustle of the city.

When:
Saturday, May 11th 9:30am-11:30 am PDT @ Capilano River Regional Park.

What We'll Do:

• Learn how to enter and leave the land with honour and respect
• Learn how to connect with the natural elements
• Experience stillness and expansiveness
• Exploring your five senses in a natural setting

What to bring:

• Running shoes or trail runners
• Warm layers
• Water bottle
• Journal (optional)
• Binoculars (optional)

We'll be walking in the forest in all weather so dress accordingly. The rainforest provides an opportunity to tap into your inherent divinity. It is in the stillness that you become present and that is where the magic of life is.
