About this Event
Treat Mom to a special Brunch Buffet this Mother's Day in our Pinnacle Ballroom on Sunday, May 13, 2022 between 11am to 2:30pm.
Adult - $83 plus GST, 20% Service Charge and Eventbrite fee
Child (6-12 years old) - $41 plus GST, 20% Service Charge and Eventbrite fee
Child (1-5 years old) - $22 plus GST, 20% Service Charge and Eventbrite fee
Seating times: 11:00am, 11:30am, 12:00pm,12:30pm, 1:00pm
Refund Policy: 72 hours prior to the event (May 9th).
THE MENU
BREAKFAST STATION
- Fresh Baked Scones, Croissants, Cinnamon Rolls, and Danish
- Smoked Salmon Benedict, poached egg, house made hollandaise.
- Maple Breakfast Sausages and Hickory Smoked Bacon. [GF]
- Cinnamon French Toast and Waffles, strawberries, and maple syrup
OMELETTE STATION
- Chef’s Omelette Station including spinach, tomato, mushrooms, bell peppers, spring onion, ham, shrimp, cheddar, and goat cheese. [GF]
- Eggs-to-order fried any style from the omelette chef. [GF]
CARVING STATION
- Prime Rib of Beef, au jus, horseradish, and Dijon mustard. [GF]
- Dijon Crusted Pork Striploin Roast, maple bourbon apple sauce. [GF]
COLD STATION
- Classic Caesar Salad with homemade croutons and freshly shredded parmesan
- Vine Ripened Tomato and Pesto Marinated Bocconcini Platter, with balsamic reduction and La Panza olive oil. [GF]
- Antipasti Platter, local and imported charcuterie, marinated vegetables, toasted baguette, and rainforest crisp crackers.
SEAFOOD STATION
- Sushi Tower with California roll, BC roll, dynamite roll, tuna, and salmon sashimi, pickled ginger, and wasabi [GF]
- West Coast Crab, marinated mussels, bay scallop, lemon dill aioli [GF]
- Poached Prawn Platter, horseradish cocktail sauce [GF]
- House Made Smoked Salmon, whipped dill cream cheese, pickled onions, capers, lemon. [GF]
