Hike + Happy Hour: Monthly Series in North Vancouver

Join us for a monthly Hike + Happy Hour in North Vancouver hosted by , Vancouver's most unique butcher shop, and in partnership with and .

We'll meet at the Cleveland Dam parking lot. A Myodetox physiotherapist will lead us through a short mobility warm-up. Then we'll enjoy a beginner-intermediate 90 minutes hike in Capilano Canyon. The scenic rolling trails have minimal elevation gain and wind through forest, rivers, and waterfalls.

Post-hike, we'll return to our cars and make the short 10 minutes drive to Two Rivers Meats restaurant in North Vancouver for après. Enjoy a refreshing glass of wine or beer and Two Rivers signature appetizers, as you relax and connect with others. Come hungry!

has over 20 years of experience as a community builder, small business mentor, and business development specialist.

Laura is also a Certified Forest Therapy Guide and Mindset Coach and thrives on human connection and nature. When she is not working, you can find her outside hiking and trail running in Squamish with her dog Bo.

is a BC-based community builder, communications and membership specialist, and Certified Life and Leadership Coach with a Master of Arts in Communications.

Passionate about empowering and connecting women, Danielle also created Renew Retreats - the #1 hiking retreats for women in BC - and is certified in Wilderness First Aid.

When she’s not working, you can find Danielle running on the seawall, hiking the North Shore and Sea to Sky Trails, traveling to new trail running destinations, and looking for the best oat milk latte.
