January's Theme

January's group will reflect on the art of letter writing. Letters, particularly handwritten ones, can provide a deep emotional connection. They can capture the nuances of a moment in a way that modern communication often can't. Many people still cherish letters they've received, keeping them as tokens of love, encouragement, or gratitude for years. We will choose a question or two to reflect on, have some time to journal, share our perspectives on the question, and spend some time writing a loved one a letter. If you have a sweet, reflective letter you've received that you would like to share, please bring it with you to read.

What to bring:

• A journal and pen/cil
• Water bottle
• A letter you've received (optional)
• Anything you'd like to use for your letter writing (some supplies will be provided
