This Womens Self-Defense Class is designed with the unique needs of all ages in mind. Whether you’re an older woman looking to feel more secure or a younger gal wanting to learn self-defense skills for yourself and your loved ones, this class will provide essential techniques and strategies to keep both generations safe.

  • Building awareness of potential threats in everyday environments
