Welcome to the Wirral ADHD Adults Support Group!
Join us for our in-person event on Wednesday Evenings at 6:00 PM at 4 Brandon St, Birkenhead (next to Birkenhead Town Hall).
This is a safe space for adults with ADHD to connect, share experiences, and support each other. Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been living with ADHD for years, you're welcome here.
