Our 4-week Pilates Core Course is perfect for all levels including beginners and new mums. Small class sizes ensure you get personal attention as you master proper form, alignment and breathwork. Our experienced instructors provide modifications for all fitness levels and help you progress safely each week.
In just 4 weeks, you'll feel your core and body toning and strengthening, with improved flexibility and mindfulness. Pilates benefits all ages and fitness backgrounds. No prior experience needed!
Space is limited to keep classes small. Reserve your spot in our next 4-week Pilates course starting 6th January at 7:30pm at our Bromborough studio. Its a £40 investement for 4 weeks! We have follow up classes for you to attend if you’d like to continue after the course.
