As awareness of neurodivergence grows, many people are recognising that the challenge has never been ability - it’s been trying to fit into neurotypical ways of working.
This event explores how to better support neurodivergent people at work, whether that’s yourself, your staff, or your wider organisation - using practical strategies, reasonable adjustments, and approaches that genuinely help people function more effectively and sustainably.
Hosted by Chiltern ADHD Clinic and Peggy Cheyo Coaching, local business owners with lived experience and professional expertise, this event includes short talks, guided activities, and a live expert panel answering real questions about neurodivergence and work.
