Step into a restorative winter sanctuary designed to honor the season of stillness, reflection, and renewal. As we transition from a powerful 9 year of release into a fresh 1 year of new beginnings, this retreat offers a gentle pause to nourish yourself after so much shedding, shifting, and internal transformation.Together, we’ll explore how to attune to the energetics of winter (slowness, depth, inner clarity, and quiet rebuilding) so you can enter this next cycle resourced, grounded, and in harmony with your body.
Throughout the day, we will weave traditional Chinese wisdom and embodied practices to help you reset your system after an intense year. We’ll work with our herbal ally Mugwort in three supportive ways: moxibustion, a warm and soothing foot soak, and a mindful tea ceremony to soften tension, encourage healthy flow, and open your inner pathways of rest and intuition.
You’ll also receive personalized acupuncture paired with a nourishing sound bath, designed to harmonize your body and spirit with the essence of winter: replenishment, deep listening, and inner alignment. To support your physical wellbeing, we’ll share warming teas and light seasonal snacks, offering your body the same comfort and nourishment your spirit receives throughout the day.
