About this Event
Step Into Stillness at ECHO Studio
Experience a deeply restorative sound bath that blends breath-work, guided meditation, soothing aromatherapy, and calming theta frequencies—all designed to bring you into a peaceful, heart-centered state.
Instead of traditional mats, you’ll recline in zero-gravity chairs wrapped in cozy blankets, cradled in comfort as waves of sound wash over you—like floating in a sea of serenity where the everyday fades and anything feels possible.
I weave together a rich soundscape using a variety of sacred instruments: Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, a Turkish cymbal, hanging bowls, chimes, rattles, drums, and other unique tools—along with my own original theta music designed to support deep healing.
Why Zero-Gravity Chairs?
After attending quite a few sound baths - in all kinds of settings — one thing became crystal clear: comfort deeply influences the experience. If your body isn't at ease, it’s hard to truly relax and let go.
That’s why I choose zero-gravity chairs. They offer full support, gently cradle your body, and make it effortless to surrender. When you're fully comfortable, you can feel the vibrations of sound wash over you — light, spacious, and floaty — allowing your journey to unfold with ease.
