🤸 Contact Improv Workshop: Before the dance, we will learn the language of physical listening, shared weight, and flow with ourselves and others.
🎶 Ecstatic Dance Set by MoMo: A sonic journey designed to paint the space with your unique movement expression.
🧘 Breathwork & Soundbath Closing: To integrate the night, MoMo will guide a breathwork meditation accompanied by a live soothing sound healing handpan, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and more.

This gathering is an invitation to explore the intersection of community connection and creative expression. We begin by appreciating visual art and settle in with tea, then transition into the art of the body through improv. MoMo’s musical medicine will guide you through a canvas of sound, ending with deep stillness, breath, and soothing sound. Throughout the night we will be collectively painting a community mandala.
