🟠 2 hours of deep relaxation at Woodland Retreat Centre Cardiff. This peaceful and serene cabin has polished oak floors with huge windows overlooking the surrounding gardens and woodland 😊🙏🟠 Saturday - the 15th of February - 1pm to 3pm
🟠 We will start with gentle Hatha Yoga and a deep relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition before a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic and bronze gongs, Chau gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments. To finish there will be Green & Blacks chocolates (please fill in dietary requirements when booking).
🟠 All abilities are welcome, come and let of go stress. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, a pillow and a blanket. Anything you need to be comfortable.
🟠 If you have any dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free etc), please fill in the questions on the booking form. Spaces are limited, if you have any questions, please feel free to message.
