What: Do you love to share food with friends on a warm summers day. How about stepping it up a notch and serve it on your very own charcuterie platter.
In this workshop Fiona your tutor will teach you how to make your own platter, help you create something unique and in a way that will survive the kiln. After the class she will take the platters to dry, be fired and glazed the colour you have chosen. The finished platters will be ready to collect from Castlecliff about a month after the workshop.
