The Love that lives within us, and beyond us, as part of the greater consciousness that holds all things 🕉️💕🕯️💕 This Winter Warmth day retreat is rooted in the tradition of bhakti yoga, the yoga of devotion. Bhakti is a path of heartfelt connection where we turn toward the sacred with love, humility, and devotion. Through movement, breathing, mantra, and meditation we nourish this inner devotion. Not to a deity outside ourselves but to the deepest truth within and to the divine thread that unites us all 💕🕯️
