Soulful Reset: New Year’s Eve Restorative Retreat. Let go of the year with grace and begin anew in stillness and sound. This sacred evening invites deep rest, gentle reflection, and a heart-centred awakening for the year ahead. New Year can be a challenging time for many individuals. The New Year's Eve Reset Retreat offers a safe space for us to express ourselves and embrace our feelings while learning the art of self-acceptance through self-care. Join us for a special evening of immersive self-care and deep relaxation.
The retreat will feature a combination of Somatic and Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Celestial Communication, and Pranayama.
We will enter the New Year with a sacred sound healing and gong bath, followed by Yoga Nidra. This retreat includes light refreshments and snacks.
Please note that this event is completely alcohol-free and plant-based, in alignment with traditional Yogic principles.
New Year's Retreat - 31st December 20:30 – 00:30 (please note it will say 23:59 as the system doesn't allow us to put a time the following day, however, this retreat will finish at 00:30am)
No previous experience is required.
