Join Lauren for a sacred gathering where women can reconnect with their bodies and womb space, creating a supportive environment to process emotions (whether or not you have a womb, all women welcome). This Workshop will include:
Guided breathwork, embodiment practices, and meditation, you will tap into the divine feminine within, focusing on openness and intention. We will also explore ways to cultivate somatic safety, helping your nervous system find relief and allowing space for reflection, integration, and rest.
