As the longest night of the year arrives, we gather in quiet celebration of stillness and light. This nourishing mini retreat offers space to pause, breathe, and honour the turning of the seasons.
Through gentle restorative yoga, mindful movement, guided meditation, and deep relaxation, we’ll reconnect with our inner light and welcome the return of the sun. Together, we’ll release the weight of the year gone by and plant seeds of intention for the one ahead.
Come as you are—wrapped in softness, surrounded by candlelight, supported by community. Leave feeling grounded, centered, and renewed for the journey ahead.
This will be the perfect afternoon to take some time out before the Christmas festivities.
