The winter solstice holds deep spiritual meaning, symbolizing the rebirth of light and the promise of renewal. It invites us to embrace the darkness within, release old patterns, and set intentions for growth. By aligning with nature’s rhythms and honoring ancient wisdom, we can cultivate inner peace, reconnect with our authentic selves, and trust in the trans-formative power of this sacred time. Sophia RoseClass will be approximately one hour starting at 7:48am. Please bring: a yoga mat and water bottle; we have props. All levels welcome. Attend one or both of the solstice events. Pay what you can, suggested donation $25. All proceeds go to LAYA.
