This 75-minute Restorative Yoga for Your Mind and Body is designed to restore your soul and deeply relax your whole body and mind. Give yourself the gift of deep peace with this restorative practice. This class focuses on 4-5 restorative poses that are intended to create a deep calm in your body, release tension, and leave you feeling grounded and clear. In between the poses we will move slowly and gently with breath to transition from one pose to another. We will finish the class with Singing Crystal Bowls meditation and hot rocks from Lake Superior wrapped in towels with essential oils.First time students are free. The price for drop in classes is $25 per person. You can also purchase a 5 pack of classes for 75$, or 10 classes for $130.
