Please join us for a 60-minute Beginner Yoga class designed to build a strong foundation. Improve flexibility, practice balance, and explore mindful movement. We’ll gently awaken the spine, practice standing forward folds, and learn sun salutations along with a variety of foundational yoga poses. The class will close on the ground with calming forward folds and relaxing supine twists, leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and refreshed. Participants enjoy complimentary hot tea, hot towels infused with essential oils, and hot rocks from Lake Superior.First-time students attend free of charge. Drop-in classes are priced at $25 per person. Alternatively, students may purchase a 5-pack of classes for $75 or 10 classes for $130.
