Restorative yoga and guided meditation. Winter Solstice Session. Take quiet time for yourself to rejuvenate. Poses will be adaptable to chair yoga. Some mats and blankets available. We encourage participants to bring their own.
$20 per person. Check, Cash, Venmo accepted.
$15 for Historical Society members.
All levels welcome. Special attention to modifications and new students.
