Join us for this Self Care Sunday for a day of Reflections and Conscious Intention Setting.

Are you ready to begin this year with INTENTION rather than making new year resolutions? What is the difference? And why does it matter?
A resolution is made with the goal to “fix,” change, or improve ourselves, to become better and happier.
An intention is more focused on creating abundance in your life and motivates and inspires you to live more deliberately and intentionally.
We have created a very special day for you during the first week of the New Year to help inspire you to step into this new year with intention. This day retreat will be about reflecting on the last year and setting conscious intentions for the year ahead.

We will do this through physical movement and mindful practices and ultimately create a roadmap for our year ahead including what we wish to cultivate, how we wish to show up, and who we wish to surround ourselves with and so much more.
We will begin the day with a welcome circle followed by a gentle yoga flow, a meditation & journaling exercise followed by creating a Vision Board to take home with you. After lunch, discover the art of relaxation and meditation with Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls & Chou Gong Sound-Bath - a soothing & healing sound journey that guides you through a yoga Nidra for embracing the New Year with new energy, intentions, clarity, and presence. Just lie back and allow the healing sounds and immersive practices elevate your spirit.
We’ll close our day together with a celebratory toast - CHEERS to the New Year and the New YOU!
