Join Kelley Annese E-RYT 500 for an end of year clearing. Experience clearing & transformation through breathwork, deep relaxation & vibrational medicine.In sacred space of the Wild Rose studio, we will honor and then shed the remaining debris of 2025 from the body, mind & spirit, taking with us only what will serve growth and wise action in the new year.
Class will begin with a breathwork practice to stabilize your foundation and re-affirm your safety, self trust & inner fortitude.
Then into a soothing guided deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) to drop the body into the healing state of the parasympathetic nervous system and the mind into the lower brainwave states where neurological patterns can be reconfigured.
From this place of of being deeply connected to your deep inner wisdom and true nature, the powerful vibrations of gongs will release old patterns on the energetic and mental levels, recalibrating you on a cellular level for the year to come!
Come as you are.
You do not need to bring anything but yourself wearing comfy cloths to relax on the floor. All props will be provided for comfort and warmth.
