Join Jenna W., yoga teacher and certified leadership coach, for a unique winter solstice experience. The winter solstice is a time to reflect on the darkness of our year, identify lessons to take forward and let go of what no longer serves us. This special workshop will include guided meditation, journaling, a sun salutation-focused yoga practice and winter surprises! Jenna has practiced this annual ritual for several years and has curated an experience to lead you out of the darkest day of the year and into brighter days ahead. You’ll leave with a renewed connection to your strength and resilience, and next steps for creating an illuminated life.
