Bring your yoga mat and anything else to support your comfort like a blanket or pillow. The evening will begin with a few minutes of gentle yoga sequences (floor-based), focusing on slow, mindful movements to release tension and open the body.

Once you’ve settled in, you’ll be supported by a guided meditation and the soothing vibrations of instruments, creating a harmonious space for relaxation and introspection. Allow the comforting frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments to guide you into deep relaxation. This meditative experience will help you quiet the mind, balance your energy, and invite renewal as we transition from darkness into light.
