Join Huda for her annual winter solstice soundbath to close the year.
This is the last opportunity to bathe in sound before we reopen in January.
Allow yourself time away from the busy hustle and bustle to celebrate winter solstice.
We will bathe in sound for an hour and a half and enjoy some yogi tea and light refreshments afterwards should you wish to stay.
The winter solstice occurs in December, and in the Northern Hemisphere the date marks the 24-hour period with the fewest daylight hours of the year. That is why it is known as the shortest day of the year, or the longest night of the year.
