The solstice is a powerful threshold - Join us for a heartwarming Winter Solstice Sangha — a cozy, intentional gathering rooted in ritual, connection, and inner reflection.Inspired by Nordic traditions like hygge (Danish coziness) and gluggaveður (“window-weather” in Icelandic), our Winter Solstice Sangha includes one hour of guided breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation led by Cassandra. We’ll close with a warm social circle over tea and treats with time to share, connect, and savor the season together.
The breathwork, movement and meditation portion of the Sangha will last for one hour. Tea & treats socializing is flexible!
