Join us at Mandala Yoga Racine for an afternoon with Mel, owner of Sheepish in Racine, WI for an immersive, meditative Sound Bath! This month we will have a focus on Energetic Renewal!
A sound bath is a deeply immersive and therapeutic experience where participants are enveloped in soothing sound waves designed to promote relaxation, healing, and inner balance. During a sound bath, various instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks are played, creating harmonious vibrations that resonate throughout the body and mind. These sounds encourage a meditative state, helping to release stress, restore energy, and enhance mental clarity. The gentle, flowing frequencies aim to align the body's energy centers, improve circulation, and promote a deep sense of calm and well-being. Whether for spiritual growth or stress relief, a sound bath offers a unique opportunity to experience profound relaxation and rejuvenation.
We encourage you to bring water, pillow & blanket for comfort. Entrance and free parking lot is in the back of the building. Studio is on ground level.
