Beyond Resolutions, The Science and Soul of Lasting Change

Beyond Resolutions is a 5-hour immersive workshop for anyone ready to move beyond quick fixes and explore a more intentional way of growing and changing. Blending interactive learning, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and soulful self-reflection throughout the day, you’ll explore patterns of motivation and behavior, learn simple tools to support your nervous system, and begin creating new pathways for growth in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

Through reflective and creative exercises, you’ll clarify your core values, shape goals that truly align with who you are, and build a personal resilience plan. The day is experiential, nurturing, and thoughtfully paced, offering a blend of guided learning, gentle practices, and meaningful connection.

You will leave with:

Refund & Cancellation Policy: All purchases are non‑refundable. If you cancel on or before January 3, 2026, you’ll receive a full credit toward a future event or coaching service. Cancellations after that date will receive a 50% credit, while cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit. This policy reflects Siena Retreat Center's booking requirements.
