On the longest night of the year (well a few days early), we gather in sacred circle to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Surrounded by candlelight and community, this 90‑minute ceremony invites you to let go of what no longer serves and step into the returning light with clarity, peace, and grounded intention.
Through Kundalini yoga, breathwork, meditation, and a hands‑on Salt Bowl Ritual, we’ll shed emotional weight, calm the nervous system, and awaken a deeper sense of self‑love and alignment. Together, each grain of salt becomes a prayer of release and renewal, woven into the collective energy of the circle.
