Join us for a powerful overnight experience as we ceremoniously tune in with the energies of the Winter Solstice - a time of stillness, renewal, and deep inner reflection. This eight hour immersive gong bath in the stillness of the sonic womb at omuk is designed to carry you into a deep, meditative, and restorative state.

Let the gongs take you to another dimension.

Throughout the night, four experienced gong players lead you on an immersive journey of rejuvination, resonance, and stillness. Sleep is replaced by deep meditation, time is suspended. Healing unfolds.

After the gongs, we rest in silence, followed by time to share, reflect, journal and integrate. We then enjoy a light vegan breakfast to gently ground and nourish the body.

What to Bring: Your own bedding – camping mat, blanket, and pillow, comfortable clothes, Journal and pen. We will provide lavender-filled eye pillows to support deeper relaxation.

This is a rare opportunity to join gong players: Kaja Nur (Liberating Sounds), Emma Ramussen (Prism of Sound), Giulia Cavallini (Giuliacavallinisoundhealing) and Mark Estdale (omuk) to completely surrender to sound and experience the timeless state of being that gongs can open within you. Info: Doors open at 21:00. This time is for you to set up your bedding in the sonic womb, to familiarise yourself with our venue and connect with the group.

Info: 8 hours of continuous gong sound immersion

Info: An hour integration time, resting in silence, getting ready to come upstairs for a light vegan breakfast.

Info: Join us for a light vegan breakfast upstairs in the kitchen area. You can use this time to share with others in the group, to journal or draw, and if you need to leave you are welcome to do so.

Info: After breakfast, reflection and sharing, we ask that everyone is packing their bedding and leaves the venue by 9:00am.
