This day retreat is your space to step out of the noise and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, supportive environment.

✨ What we’ll move through together:

Open + Arrive

A gentle cacao opening to soften the body and quiet the mind, followed by intention and release setting. We’ll move into breath awareness to ground and centre your energy.

Release + Rewire

Guided journalling to uncover what you’re ready to let go of, followed by a Superconscious Recode to shift subconscious patterns and create space for something new.

Nourish + Connect

A relaxed, shared plates-style lunch. No rush, no pressure—just time to be, connect, or sit quietly.

Move + Flow

Tai Chi Qi Gong Shibashi to gently move energy through the body, restoring balance, calm, and flow.

Integrate + Close

A Winter Solstice meditation to anchor your reset, followed by a closing sharing circle to gently bring the experience together.

This isn’t about doing more.

It’s about releasing what’s no longer needed and allowing what’s next to emerge naturally.
