Our Monthly Community Reset Evening is a relaxed gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and meet others in the community who are also seeking a little more balance.
This is not a formal workshop or class — it’s a welcoming space to breathe, reflect, and feel supported.
What the evening may look like:
• Warm welcome
• A short grounding meditation or simple breathwork practice
• A cup of herbal tea
• Time to connect with others in a calm and supportive environment
The intention behind this evening is simple:
• To help people meet and connect with others locally
• To allow people to experience the peaceful atmosphere of the wellness centre
• To nurture a stronger sense of community and belonging
Whether you come to relax, reflect, or simply sit quietly with a cup of tea, you are welcome here.
