Winter Solstice Celebration | Breathwork, Reiki, Sound Healing

Join Cait Franscell and Jennie Van Woy to celebrate the Winter Solstice and Full Moon in Gemini. The afternoon will feature breathwork, reiki, and sound healing while also connecting with community and intentionally slowing down as we prepare for the winter season ahead.

This is a donation-based event that is welcome to individuals of all walks of life. We will be accepting donations on the day of the event via Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Please bring water, a yoga mat, or something to lay on, a journal, and items to keep you comfortable during the reiki + sound bath. The location for the event will be sent out the day before the event of as it is at a private residence in Sunset Cliffs (outdoors).

About your facilitators:

Cait Franscell is a natural-born leader, empath, healer, and ceremonialist with a deep capacity to hold space for others wherever they are on their spiritual journey. As a lover of all things mystical, Cait fell in love with the power of sound frequency during her journey of self-love and self-discovery and has been hosting sound healing events and holding private healing ceremonies incorporating sound, crystals, and cacao medicine since 2020. She is a certified breathwork faciliator and completed her training at Valkyrie Yoga.

Jennie Van Woy is a yoga teacher, a reiki practitioner, and an occupational therapist. Yoga came to her over 13 years ago and has assisted her in navigating anxiety, depression, grief and the various waves of life. This has inspired her to share the practice with her community with the intention that it will touch and assist others through their own unique journey. She is passionate about holding gentle, playful, and non-judgemental spaces for others to connect with their inner magic, self love, and personal healing power. Jennie is a certified breathwork facilitator and completed her training at Valkyrie Yoga.
