Winter Solstice Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath on the Beach

Welcome to our Cacao Ceremony on the Beach! Join us on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at the Rosecrans Lifeguard Tower in Manhattan Beach for a magical evening of connection and healing. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the waves as you sip on ceremonial cacao and participate in a guided meditation. This event is the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and connect with nature. Come as you are and experience the power of cacao in a serene beach setting. We can't wait to see you there!
What to bring:

**Please bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat to lie on.**

**Bring a sweatshirt, extra blanket and any other comfort items you may need in case it gets chilly at sunset**

** An eye pillow or eye mask for savasana during the sound bath is a great addition**
(please arrive around 3:00 pm to find parking and secure your spot on the beach)
