The Winter Shamanic Circle is a small group experience for people who want to develop their inner knowing and connect to their own wisdom, beyond the noise of everyday life.
Over 4 fortnightly sessions you will learn the art of the shamanic journey. Each session builds on the last, deepening your ability to access insight, guidance and healing from within.
By the end you will be able to journey independently at home, a practice you can return to for the rest of your life.
This is for you if you are drawn to inner work, spiritual practice, and developing a relationship with your own deep knowing.is a four session series for people who are interested in Shamanic practices. The goal is to explore your own inner wisdom, learning to trust yourself and your intuition.
Shamanic practice is a lifelong practice which gives us access to lessons and wisdom to support us in our own growth and development. It will provide you with the tools to connect to different states of consciousness through the use of drumming, intention setting and connecting to your guides. By working in different Shamanic planes of existence you will access different parts of yourself.
Sessions will cover;
- How to practice Shamanic Journeys safely
- Set intentions and ask clear questions
- Connecting to your power animals and guides
- How to Journey to the upper world (personal superconscious)
- How to Journey to the lower world (personal subconscious)
- Journey for another person to get insights for them
Clare Babbage is qualified in Applied Psychology and Therapies, as well as Reiki, Breathwork, Shamanic Practice, Embodiment Practice and Experiential Astrology. She is an experienced group facilitator, coach, energy worker and spiritual practitioner who believes that we are all unique souls with our own gifts. This drives her work to support people to learn skills for themselves and through this process trust themselves as their highest authority in this life. Using techniques she has practiced herself and taught to her clients she ensures that you will leave confident to use what you have learnt and develop your gifts further.
Clare has been a Shamanic practitioner for 20+ years after training in this tradition in her early 20's in the UK. It is a foundation of all her spiritual work and a continually evolving practice. She is accompanied in this work by her Drum Tallawana, an Aboriginal Shamanic Communication Drum. He was created for Clare and her work and is a collaborator every step of the way.
