Winter Sauna Sessions: Slow Burn
About this Event
Some things are better experienced.
Some things are better experienced than explained.
Slow Burn is a signature Circa sauna session that provides slower heat and deeper release.
This isn't your typical sauna visit.
Over 35 minutes, our Circa Guide will take you through a carefully curated heat ritual designed to bring you out of your head and into the moment.
Through gradually building wood-fired heat, gentle waves of aromatic steam, and a slower music rhythm, this experience creates space to release the pace of the day.
Expect longer moments of stillness, controlled warmth, and unhurried cooling breaks. Nothing to push through and nowhere else to be.
Come as you are, and leave a little lighter.
What to expect
- 20 minutes of guided heat: Progressive löyly (steam), aromatic infusions, music, and intentional towel work that moves warm air throughout the sauna.
- 5 minutes to reset: Step outside, cool down in the winter air, hydrate, and catch your breath.
- 10 minutes to finish strong: Return to the heat for a final, immersive steam ritual.
No sauna experience required. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to try something different.
