Join us for a beautiful, slow restorative winter practice, for some calming time for yourself in the hectic run up to Christmas.
🙏 Start the evening with a slow, restorative Yoga Flow ....then
🌲 Time to create your own festive Candle wreath * ...
🕯️Use your unique candle in a centering candle gazing meditation (Trataka.)
❄️ Finish with a beautiful winter visualisation.
☕️ Then be restored with mulled wine, hot chocolate, mince pies, sweets and a social .
*Nicky from "Slow_Goose_Flowers " a local florist, will provide the candles in a natural green wreath and lots of natural decor for you to use to create your own personal centre piece which you can then take home for the season.
