In this workshop we will be using the ancient Chinese Art of Feng Shui for Inner Development.Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese Art and science that teaches us how to live in harmony with the earth. Feng Shui is often used to help people with their surroundings, their lay out of furniture in the house, including which way beds face, particular plants for particular rooms and certain colour schemes.
But did you know that there is also Feng Shui for the mind? It is known as Inner or Internal Feng Shui.
Feng Shui for the mind enhances your life through working on your inner consciousness. It works on balancing the Yin and Yang energies in our bodies, the masculine and feminine to work on deeper, more spiritual consciousness to bring out the best in you and help you reach your higher self.
Internal Feng Shui helps you unlock the internal Qi, life force energy, to help you attain what you wish to achieve in life.
In this beginners workshop we will be working with the elements of fire, water and metal to assist us with healing and transformation in our lives and developing a simple understanding of how internal Feng Shui can help our minds.
We will be doing a yoga set to prepare our bodies for meditation and exploration of how to use these elements in our lives.
You will receive three meditations that you can practice at home and a worksheet with some explanations of how you can use these elements in your life.
There will also be tea and snacks throughout the morning.

Classes are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby.
