join us for a deeply restorative fusion of ancient healing modalities. through the combined power of acupuncture and floor based yin yoga, we'll activate the parasympathetic nervous system, boosting circulation, energy, and emotional balance.
over the course of 90 minutes, we'll weave together the shapes of yin yoga and gentle acupuncture (or acupressure) for a full body recalibration. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and fully connected.
