Breathwork is an active, efficient, and effective technique that allows you to disconnect from the thinking mind and enter a different state of consciousness.

Our breath offers us the regenerative power to restore what has been wounded or is inactive within us.

Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that works with energy that flows through all of us.

𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago.

Acupuncture is an ancient, non-invasive healing practice that uses fine needles at specific points on the body to restore optimal energy flow, supporting your body's natural ability to heal itself. This drug-free treatment offers relief from chronic pain, stress, and sleep issues while strengthening your immune system and overall vitality


About your hosts:

is a certified trauma-informed breathwork coach, Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master Teacher, and Intuitive Guide. She helps individuals committed to deep inner healing transform their lives by releasing trauma, reducing stress, and reconnecting with their authentic selves.

She's a co-author of Hot Mess to Hot Mom: Transformational Tools for Thriving After Childbirth and Beyond, We Lead Volume 2 and Volume 3: Building Connection, Community, and Collaboration for Women in Business, and 100 Poems and Possibilities for Healing Volume 2.


is a leading expert in integrative women’s medicine, with more than 20 years of experience supporting women through perimenopause and midlife with strength, clarity and vitality. As a Doctor of Acupuncture, Functional Medicine practitioner, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), and yoga instructor she blends ancient healing traditions, advanced diagnostics, and mind-body practices to deliver care that is both deeply restorative and powerfully effective.


is the founder of Balanced Bliss Lifestyle, a holistic wellness practice where she guides clients to rediscover joy and reclaim their power through yoga, Reiki healing, cupping therapy, and personalized coaching. A 200-hour RYT with certifications in Yin, Aerial, and LIIT yoga, plus Reiki Level I & II and cupping therapy, Allie believes true wellness comes from building a personalized toolkit of modalities that support both physical and mental health.

Registration closes at 5pm on Friday, January 2nd.
