Winter Care Awareness Event / Digwyddiad Ymwybyddiaeth Gofal y Gaeaf

Does anything worry you about your health or social care services in winter?

Come to our event and tell us about your past or present experiences.

Learn from services about their Winter Plans, staying well over winter or where you can go for help with your health during the winter months. Our event will include key speakers and a Question and Answer Panel with representatives from key organisations.

Your feedback can help services improve their care for everyone at Winter time. We will use what you tell us to help shape future services / Byddwn yn defnyddio'r hyn a ddywedwch wrthym i helpu i siapio gwasanaethau'r dyfodol.

Our event is being held on Monday 9th December 2024, 14:00pm - 16:00pm at Swansea Grand Theatres' Arts Wing

Gall eich adborth helpu gwasanaethau i wella eu gofal i bawb yn ystod y gaeaf. Byddwn yn defnyddio'r hyn a ddywedwch wrthym am helpu i lunio gwasanaethau yn y dyfodol.

Cynhelir ein digwyddiad yn Adain y Celfyddydau yn Theatr y Grand Abertawe ddydd Llun 9 Rhagfyr 2024, rhwng 2:00yp a 4:00yp.
