Iwama Ryu Aikido Scotland are pleased to announce a 2 day seminar this year in Edinburgh with Olivier Eberhardt 6th Dan under Hitohira Saito Sensei's organisation Iwama Shin Shin Aiki Shuren Kai in JapanWe hope that you can join us for his first time teaching in Scotland on Saturday November 30th - Sunday December 1st 2024
Who is Olivier Eberhardt?
Olivier is a professional Aikido, Iaijutsu and sports teacher in Rennes, France where he teaches approx 120 students. He holds a 6th DAN in Aikido from hitohira Saito Sensei under his IWAMA SHIN SHIN AÏKISHUREN KAÏ organisation and a 4th DAN in Iaijutsu from the TAMIYA RYU IAÏJUTSU school in Japan.
He is also the technical representative for Saito Sensei in France. Olivier started Aikido in 1994 and has spent 30 years travelling to Iwama regularly to stay and train fulltime with the Saito Sensei and his family.
Olivier also regularly teaches seminars around France & Europe and attends regular seminars with Hitohiro Saito Sensei and his son and successor Yasuhiro Saito Sensei.

Cost for Seminar - £70 for the weekend. Saturday only - £55 Sunday only - £35
Training schedule - Sat 9:00 to 16:00 with 1 hour lunch \ Sunday 09:00 to 12:30 - More details of individual classes to follow soon.
There will be an option for lunch in the buildings café - I will post more details asap
There will be a meal on the Saturday night - I will post details soon about this
Accommodation - There are Many hotels & Bed/Breakfast places within 5-10 mins walking distance to the venue. Slateford Road and Gilmore place have some good options that are very close
