The Winston-Salem Fire Department Honor Guard is hosting the National Honor Guard Academy October 5-10, 2025.The course is designed to provide police, fire, EMS and other public safety organizations with the basics to develop your honor guard and color guard units. A balance of informative classroom presentations and hands-on repetition of practical skills highlight the intense training format.

Lodging is in addition to tuition and meals are not included for this class. The Host agency has set up a block of rooms at a local hotel and additional information, as well as a booking link, is listed below.
