Have you ever thought of starting pro wrestling training but not exactly sure if it is the right decision?This class is for you.
On Sunday, October 5th, 2025, from 1-4 pm, Coach Josh Gerry will be offering a FREE introduction to professional wrestling training.
In this class, you'll learn what is expected, and what is needed, to start your journey into Pro Wrestling.
Coach Josh will lay out a traditional training program, and what is involved for new students.
You will also be performing a few body weight calisthenics to warm up, before getting in the ring!
You'll learn several basic rolls and body movements, run the ropes, lock up, and more!
If you're not 100% comfortable with physically participating, you are more than welcome to observe and ask questions, without getting sweaty.
As an added incentive, anyone who signs up that day, will receive $50 off of our initial deposit!
This class is open to anyone aged 16, or older, that is curious about our pro wrestling training.
