Wingwave – the inspiring short-term coaching

In this workshop, coaches will gain practical self-coaching tools based on the wingwave® method that can be applied immediately in coaching, sports, and business contexts. Participants will experience how targeted, small impulses can effectively resolve isolated emotional blocks. Scientific studies show that wingwave® coaching can lead to noticeable improvements in subjective well-being within just three to five sessions. Beyond short-term effects, the method also supports long-lasting emotional balance and resilience. This workshop is an invitation to deepen your coaching impact while strengthening your own nervous system regulation and inner balance.

Speakers:

Cora is an approved psychotherapist, EMDR supervisor, coach, and co-developer of the wingwave® method. Today, more than 10,000 certified wingwave® coaches work with the method in over 40 countries worldwide. Together with her husband Harry and her daughter Lola she runs the Besser-Siegmund-Institut where this family team offers wingwave® coaching and training programs in both German and English, supporting sustainable performance in business, sports, and personal development. Lola is a business psychologist and the managing director of the Besser-Siegmund Institute. Cora and Lola are authors several coaching books for professionals and for anyone who enjoys self-coaching. This year, in 2026, the wingwave Coaching Congress will be held under the motto “Longevity.
