When we saw that National Pimento Cheese Day fell on a Wednesday (aka WINESDAY) this year, we just knew we couldn't pass up the opportunity for a quirky food pairing event!!! Bonus - we will be collaborating with Ali Rae's Pimento Cheese out of Asheville on this flight, woo hoo!! She literally makes some of the best pimento cheese recipes we've ever put in our mouth, plus she's a fellow member of the WNC Cheese Trail. We'll have a flight of 3 wines paired with 3 pimento cheeses for $15. Reservations highly recommended for this event, but as always, we're happy to take walk-ins where we have room, and may try to squeeze a few extra tables in the alcove for this one! Say CHEESE!!!
